Development and safety prospects the food market of Russia in the conditions of global food crisis
Annotation
In article the reasons of food crisis, and as consequence of world deficiency of animal protein which causes constant increase in its cost are considered. Indicators of set of reliefs, soils, the general water-supplies, the environmental conditions defining geographical zones of commodity manufacture of animal protein are given. Acknowledgement is given that manufacture of a foodstuff should be carried out by higher rates in comparison with rates of increase of the population for all geographical zones. Quality indicators of meat raw materials imported to Russia are analysed, conclusions on its defects supposed by manufacturers, suppliers and sellers are drawn.
