Private and integral estimations of social development regions

Annotation

Analysis of efficiency of public administration is one Noi of the most pressing problems, both in theory and in practice. For the further development of socially-oriented state in Russia is becoming increasingly important in the study of theoretical and methodological problems of the social efficiency. In this article, the authors provide an overview of current approaches to the category of "social efficiency", offer refined its definition, identify typological approaches to the calculation of its parameters. The authors argue that the social efficiency of public management may be expressed in the usual way as the ratio of social outcomes and their associated costs. Thus, according to the authors, the main difficulty consists in building a suffi-ciently complex procedures to generate the first private, then the integral of the normalized performance indicators social development on a particular object.
