Analysis of heat transfer processes in the stage of high-speed reciprocating detander
Annotation
This article describes the current trends in assessing the intensity of heat transfer processes on the integrated parameters of reciprocating detander stages. The problem is solved by means of calculation based on a proven program KOMDET-M. The object of study - high-speed reciprocating detander, forced on shaft speed and average speed of the piston. Adjacent to the cylinder inlet and outlet cavity can be set both finite and infinite volume. These results show that in the absence of oscillations in the intensity of heat exchange communications is primarily determined by the value of the specific heat exchange surface of the chamber and the temperature of its surrounding wall. It is shown that in the final stage with a volume detander outlet cavity acoustic pressure fluctuations lead to the transformation of each process cycle detander. According to research conclusions are formulated, the essence of which is as follows: the existing design equations that describe the current heat transfer coefficients α, quite correctly describe the effect of heat on the integral parameters stage; pressure variations in the gas path of the detander should be at the design stage to justify the optimal volume of the discharge chamber and the geometric dimensions (L and d) discharge pipe, which provides a set of 2nd harmonic oscillations.
