Method of fast signal parameters measurement on the basis of distribution suggested by Alekseev
Annotation
This article proposes a method of measuring signals on the basis of processing their bandwidth-time distributions. It settles down the practicability of Distribution Method suggested by Alekseev as a tool for analysis. It examines approaches for improving the proposed form. It analyzes the results of practical experiment used for measuring the length of radio pulse in the noises of different intensity
