GIS-3D systems for situation analytical centers of governors
Annotation
Considered in the article is the geoinformation system of situation modeling on the territory of the Russian Federation constituent entities, created by Saint-Petersburg Company CJSC «Institute of telecommunications». Special attention is paid to the effects of the system implementation on different levels.
