Influence of parameters of gas mixture on the size of forming carbon dioxide crystalls
Annotation
One of the ways of research of process of producing solid carbon dioxide from gas mixtures in cycle of regenerative gas refrigerating machine is the study of the kinetics of the translation process of carbon dioxide vapor into solid state. Based on the kinetics of homogenous formation of crystals the size of the resulting equilibrium crystal-nuclei, which has possibility of growth was identified. We give the dependencies of forming crystal sizes of the value of overcooling flow with different concentrations of carbon dioxide vapor in gas mixture and at different initial pressures of mixture, expanding in expander turbine. For this purpose, suggested rationale range of change of concentration carbon dioxide and pressure of gas mixture. We analyzed the influence of the parameters of the gas mixture on the size of the crystal-nuclei.
