The importance of quality management system in companies
Annotation
There is a need for high-quality products and services today. And every manufacturer thinks about improving the quality of products. An effective solution can be considered the introduction of a quality management system, which will affect the process of production of goods and services. This system will be an effective direction of the company’s development to increase market share. Implementation of the QMS complex and time-consuming process includesa range of activities and affecting, various aspects of the enterprise and quality management subsystem. Every day demands on the quality and security increases, thereby forcing follow international standards more strictly. This article will address a number of reasons, faced by managers in the implementation of quality management systems and possible solutions. Also considered advantages of a quality management system and the benefits which companies get during the implementation. And also will address factors which companies can face, such as: search for quality managers, training of line personnel and reorganization of the company structure.
