Comparative operation of pharmaceutical refrigerator cabinets
Annotation
This article presents the results of an experimental study of refrigerator cabinets when working on various ozone-safe working substances. Refrigerated cabinets are used for storing pharmaceutical products. The study considers two types of compressor performance control: ON/OFF mode and frequency control. The study of the refrigeration unit was carried out with and without loading the object under study. In the study of a frequency-controlled refrigeration unit, regardless of the load, it was found that the power consumption and efficiency of the unit are higher when compared with a unit operating on the ON/OFF system. Based on the study, it is recommended to use a symmetrical differential of the setpoint temperature and conduct a research to increase the efficiency of the air distribution system inside the object under study.
