Currently, exchange of technologies exceeds traditional economic flows of goods, services and capital. But still developing countries are continuing to trade with technologies, not protected by intellectual property rights. It reduces the income of those countries and slows the pace of development of IP objects world market. The article presents the criteria of appropriate legal protection of intellectual activity in the world technology market and the main development problems of IP objects world market.
