The studying possibilities of plant tissues microstructure by optical coherence microscopy with a tunable wavelength (1305 +- 75 nm) are discussed. The images of tomograms (B-scans) and 3D-images of research areas for arboreous aloe (Aloe arborescens), ripsalidopsis (Hatiora gaertneri), zonal pelargonium (Pelargonia zonale) are given. Research results of suberization and the surface layers degradation are analyzed. The spectra of diffuse reflection from healthy, sick and dry tissues of leaves in the range of 900–1700 nm are shown.
