Formation problem of the vector-matrix modeling description (МD) for complex dynamic system (DDS) including anthropocomponents-operators based on interval representations is solved. By use of interval arithmetic and algebra methods, the value growth estimation of relative interval systems components of MD DDS is formed at transition from transfer functions to vector-matrix representation of a space condition method. By the received estimations applicability degree of the sensitivity theory tools within the limits of the first order sensitivity function for an estimation of variations by functional of DDS degeneration on angular realizations of interval system parameters of criterion matrixes is defined.
