ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGICAL FACTORS AFFECTING ACCURACY OF HYBRID-FILM MICRO THERMOSTAT
Annotation
The problem of temperature field in thermostable substrate of a microcircuit chip is analyzed with the use of finite-difference methods. Results of digital modeling of 2D non-stationary temperature field with the account for actual heat exchange mechanisms for proportional temperature regulator of a hybrid-film micro thermostat.
