The problem of choosing the type of organizational culture
Annotation
This article is devoted to different problems of choosing the type of organizational culture in case of forming or development of organization culture. All classifications are divided into different types: simple and complex, national characteristics, branch characteristics, psychological patterns, value focuses. Different characteristics of types are considered and recommendations for managers are given underneath the situation in external and internal environment.
