High-frequency radiation generation at neon optical breakdown by femtosecond few-cycle pulses is considered. It is shown that as the number of oscillations per pulse decreases up to just one, a shift of multiple harmonics to shorter wavelengths grows. The plasma dielectric nonlinearity leads to amplified redistribution of radiation energy to shorter wavelengths.
