Annotation
The article reviews the results of the authors' presentations at the YI International Forum "Commercialization of Science-Intensive Technologies: Experiences of Regions, The Role of Universities" on May 16-18th, 2012. The article also forms a vision of innovative infrastructure development at the Institute of Refrigeration and Biotechnology.
