Public-private partnerships as a tool for modernization of municipal infrastructure in Saint-Petersburg
Annotation
In the article the utilities sector of St. Petersburg as a major limiting factor in the socio-economic development of the region and the ways of its modernization. The main instrument of reforming offered concession forms of public-private partnerships. Publication is part of a research project supported by the RGNF № 13-32-01035.
