We propose an automated system for formation and management of personnel reserve of St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics. The necessity of such system is justified. We consider its functional, which is aimed at accounting of personnel reserve. The system enables to record and plan the University staff reserve with monitoring personal achievements of applicants.
