The influence of peptide products which are excreted with bionanotechnology methods on the life of yeast under stress factors
Annotation
The influence of peptide fractions isolated from Saccharomyces sp., In yeast, the influence of exogenous H2O2 damaged and UV radiation. The influence of the main fraction of peptides with an isoelectric point of the number of emitted carbon dioxide test. Increase of yeast adaptation to stress factors in the presence of the peptide fractions, indicating the important role of these compounds to protect them
