Comparison of a natural decrease to its average value at nonlinear change of weight of vegetative raw materials at refrigerating storage
Annotation
Nowadaysthe value of a natural decrease can be defined by means of a finding of average value of this indicator for all duration of storage of vegetative raw materials. In article the alternative method of a finding of value of a natural decrease is shown and its big accuracy in comparison with the standard method is proved.
