Аннотация

The work focuses on actual approach to the supervision of a software application from its initial planning through retirement - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). The aim of the work is to analyze, model and describe standard business processes in the field of application lifecycle management for their further implementation and adaptation in SAP SE projects. General description of ALM is given, approach to ALM implementation by different vendors is considered. Based on a study of SAP SE implementation projects business process models in the field of application lifecycle management are created for a typical customer.
