Аннотация

Over the last few years or so, best available technologies (BAT) has become increasingly popular as a tool, which can be used to form a socio-ecological and economic platform for the transition of industrial enterprises and other economic utilities to the model of sustainable development. In the future a large number of enterprises will face the fact that they will not be able to allocate funds from its budget even part of the amount required for the transition to BAT. Therefore, there is a need to find other sources of funding, which will be acceptable for companies (even small ones) and meet the necessary requirements. The public-private partnership mechanism can be put into practice as an optimal implementation of BAT.
