Аннотация

The understanding of light and ions interactions with living cells has a great potential for enabling new technologies in medical diagnostics, therapeutics, and biotechnology by exploiting optical radiation as an activator of different intracellular molecular processes. First we have to deliver optical radiation to investigated objects. This work presents the existing methods of optical radiation delivery to the micro-objects in various fields.
