Аннотация

Today the Russian government aims to ensure the domestic economy transition on the innovative way of development. Therefore Russia following the example of many other countries introduces the system of the environmental impact regulation based on the integrated environmental permits for hazardous enterprises under the condition of their implementation of best available technologies (BAT). It seems to be important to explore all sophisticated aspects and potential challenges associated with the implementation of BAT.
