Аннотация

The article provides current issues of development and innovation management in healthcare. The purpose of this work is the review of categories of innovations, policies, legislative legal base of the Russian Federation, existing business models and innovation projects in healthcare. In conclusion the problems faced and ways of their solution are presented. The main result is solutions which must be the improvement of the legislation, the expansion of state activities to promote innovation and research (grants, scholarships, special programs), and implementation such a form as managerial contract for public-private partnerships.
