To a problem of an assessment of efficiency of activity of service on human resource management

Annotation

Change of functions of service on human resource management in connection with growth of requirements to results of its activity is considered. Importance of the solution of questions of the number of staff of HR service and possibility of its definition on the basis of extrapolation of experience of the foreign enterprises or a method of calculation for labor input of works is shown. Criteria of an assessment of efficiency of activity of service on human resource management which cover three systems are generalized: formation of human resources, their use and development. On the example of the concrete enterprise possibilities of an assessment of key indicators of efficiency of activity the HR services connected with system of compensation are shown. As bottlenecks of system of an assessment are revealed incomplete coverage of the areas of work with the personnel and lack of possibility of staff of service directly to influence achievement of criteria indicators.
