The impact of economic policy on innovation potential labor market
Annotation
The paper considers the impact of public policies to stimulate the labor market inan innovative way. Shows reserves of labor market of innovative direction. Marked category of labor, with the use of reserves in innovation. Reasonably negative impact over-employment in government employment prospects for innovation. Explained contradictory impact on innovation of foreign labor and Russia's entry into the WTO.
