Evaluation of corporate management in business structures
Annotation
The paper reviews the evaluation process of corporate management in business structures. The goal of this paper is to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the National rating of corporate management. Based on a sample of the several Russian companies, author shows that the level of corporate management is not so high.
