Analysis of a crystallizer-cooler for fatty produce
Annotation
Presented is the analysis of crystallization of fatty products containing 72–82 % fats in a crystallizer-cooler. An empirical calculation relationship to find the drive power for crystallizing equipment of various productivities is proposed.
