Development of air-conditioning systems: current status and prospects
Annotation
The requirements for air-conditioning systems are formulated. Major trends in climate technology modernization are shown: increase of energy efficiency by improving characteristics of working substances (refrigerants and absorbents), use of frequency regulation drives and anti-friction composite materials, and optimization of climate control equipment based on fuzzy logic methods. A novel approach to air exchange is offered, based on low-consumption regenerative heat exchangers and the results of simulation of ventilation and convection currents obtained by the methods of computational fluid dynamics. Requirements for the training of specialists in climate technology are set forth.
