The article describes mathematical model acquisition method for the telescope azimuthal axis electro drive by its parameters identification. Obtained model is used to configure high-precision object automatic control system, and its work is checked on a real device. Theoretical calculations coincide with the practical results to a great extent, showing the reliability of control system development method. The article is of great interest for students, postgraduates, employees of electro technical specialties, and specialties related to the theory of automatic control.
