Noise characteristics of machines significantly affect the sanitary-hygienic conditions of the service personnel production departments catering. Analysis of the noise characteristics of universal kitchen machine will set the direction of improving the design to improve its technological level. The paper presents the results of the determination of sound power levels universal kitchen machine. Identified areas of exceeding the maximum allowable values and sources of noise. The analysis and the evaluation of the influence of process parameters on the noise performance of the work of the universal kitchen machine.
