Unified address register in the systems supporting decision making of the territorial control bodies based on the geographic information systems (GIS)
Annotation
Subsystem GIS is an integral part of any automation system (AS) belonging to the bodies of federal, regional and municipal control. Basically all information projects which are implemented within the framework of formation the cadastral register of the non movable assets as well as such spheres as formation of informational systems supporting town planning activities, territorial and analytic systems of the municipal authorities and others suffer the lack of programmed and informational methodical means of the single state source of official address information. According to its purpose and aims of formation each of these systems submits specific requirements to its address component. Within the limits of its «own» AS the address system can meet all the requirements which are submitted to it. But in case of interdepartmental information exchange certain difficulties are caused by the difference of address systems, different classifies and dictionaries, differences in the structure of addresses. Obviously the task of formation the global informational space requires certain measures for regularizing in particular address information.
