In difficult operating conditions of infocommunication systems and networks of special purpose (ICS SP) it is needed to provide transfer of the demanded information volume with the guaranteed quality. The management network considering specifics of the ICS SP management problems solution which are considered in the article has to provide the operating information exchange.
