Technique of an assessment of efficiency of use of fixed assets taking into account security of the region with a manpower
Annotation
Authors have offered methodical approach for determination of standard coefficients – the lower bounds of ef-ficiency of use of fixed assets taking into account territorial distinctions in security with a manpower. Their introduction will allow to solve partly a problem of an optimum ratio of fund – and labor-saving the directions of an intensification of production at the territorial and federal levels. Author's offers are directed to more effective use on regions of the available limited reserves of modernization and modernization taking into account territorial specifics. The effect of application of the approach offered by authors of article will affect already in medium-term prospect and will lead to increase of competitiveness of production, allowing to choose those which are most effective for the concrete region in the present time from variety of actions, forms and the directions of an intensification. Authors emphasize: in order that the offered methodical approaches were earned", it is necessary to introduce more actively system of the state order (especially for northern and Far East regions), to create different funds both on macro, and at the mesolevels of national economic system which use will allow to increase efficiency of an intensification, and also to define system of the most effective financial and credit and tax.
