Economic security management in the field of healthcare in Russia
Annotation
In modern conditions, the management of economic security is one of the most pressing problems faced by states in various fields of activity. The healthcare sector is one of those areas where ensuring economic security is of particular importance. In the conditions of growing competition, changing economic situation and dynamic development of healthcare, the issues of economic security management are becoming more and more urgent. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to ensure the sustainability of the economic system in the field of healthcare and to protect the interests of the population in this area. The article analyzes the existing methods and tools for managing economic security in healthcare, as well as an assessment of the current state of economic security in the healthcare sector in Russia. Within the framework of the work, the existing threats and risks associated with economic security in this area are considered; factors affecting the effectiveness of the management of the healthcare system, such as financial support, human resources, technological level and others, are analyzed; strategic directions for neutralizing threats to economic security in healthcare and foreign experience of the state policy of economic security management in this area are presented, as well as the possibility of its use in Russia. The time of the COVID-19 pandemic became a catalyst for the introduction of digital medical technologies, which in turn contributed to the approximation of a value-oriented healthcare model. In order to solve health problems, specific directions for strengthening economic security in this area were proposed. In addition, an important factor is the fight against corruption and optimization of health care costs. The analysis of foreign experience has shown that the state policy of economic security management in the field of healthcare is an important tool for protecting the rights and interests of citizens, as well as the development of the national economy. In this regard, the possibilities of using foreign experience in Russia can be very promising and useful.
