The transportation system plays an important role in the economic development of the Russian Federation, as it is a key element in both production and social spheres. The transport system contributes to the formation of competitive advantages of the state in terms of the realization of its transit potential. Thus, this topic is relevant and requires constant study in order to find optimal ways of development and management of transport and logistics infrastructure. The lack or insufficient development of transport infrastructure can lead to economic slowdown, higher prices for goods and services, lower competitiveness and loss of investment attractiveness of the country's regions.
