Annotation
The problem of determining the large surface of a tubular finned heat exchanger located in a spherical vessel of a spacecraft (SC) filled with a single-phase liquid (oxygen) in a near-critical state under weightlessness conditions has been solved. The heat exchanger-heater is designed for constant pressure in the ball tank. The heat carrier circulating in the tube space of the heat exchanger is oxygen. The analysis of the influence of external disturbances on the heat transfer process in the heat exchanger-heater as well as on the propagation of heat in a homogeneous medium of supercritical state in zero gravity in a ball tank is carried out.The calculation was made for the most stressful conditions of the first hour operation of the system. The resulting heat exchange surface has a five-fold margin compared to the calculated one. In the future, in such cases it is possible to make a direct calculation of the required surface and find the convection coefficient taking into account the geometric structure of ribbing.
