METHOD OF FIRMWARE RELIABILITY ESTIMATION AT INFREQUENT FAILURES
Annotation
The problem of reliability analysis of software in strategic purpose systems and reliability parameters estimation on the base of small number of observations is considered. A method is proposed based on combination of data obtained for various technical objects provided with the software under estimation.
