INVESTIGATION OF BOTNETS AND DEFENSE MECHANISMS ON THE BASE OF SIMULATION MODELING
Annotation
An approach is proposed to investigation of botnets and defense mechanisms against their impact. The approach is based on application of simulation modeling methods. A general formalistic model of botnet and defense mechanism, modeling environment, and experimental results are presented.
