ERROR ANALYSIS OF AUTOCOLLIMATOR CONTROL SYSTEM WITH ACTIVE COMPENSATION
Annotation
A method is proposed to extend autocollimator measurements range by means of active compensation for reference object turning angle. The effect of automated control system on measurement accuracy is analyzed. Application of galvanometer drive in control system is shown to be effective for dynamic errors reduction and measurement time diminishing.
