APPLICATION OF THE THEORY OF EXPERIMENT PLANNING TO OPTIMIZATION OF ROUGHNESS OF FUNCTIONAL SURFACES
Annotation
The necessity of optimization of roughness affecting the optical characteristics of rotors in electrostatic gyro with optoelectronic read-out systems is justified. An optimization algorithm is developed on the base of the theory of experimental planning and non-parametric criteria of roughness estimation for functional surfaces.
