DEGRADATION OF WHITE AND BLUE LEDS AT PROLONGED OPERATION TIME
Annotation
Time dependences of forward voltage drop in blue and white LEDs operating at 20, 25, and 30 mA during 21,000 hours are investigated. White LEDs based on a silicate phosphor with CCT of 4500 K is shown to enhanced degradation.
