Application of interactive and innovative teaching methods in law and economic disciplines
Annotation
In this publication there are represented interactive and innovative teaching methods which provide optimization of the learning process and improve its quality as well as provide theory and practice integration. Problems connected to the priority of theoretical knowledge over the practice are typical for the majority of the Russian universities. Specific nature of these problems became more obvious during the teaching process of law disciplines for students of cryogenic or technology majors. A lot of terms in the sphere of law are absolutely new for students and the practical application of legal rules is very problematic. Introducing interactive and innovative teaching methods, the author suggests ways to address these problems, gives a brief analysis of each of the methods and recommendations for use.
