Method of real options in an estimation of vehicles
Annotation
One of methods of an estimation of a vehicle the profitable approach is option method. To put it into practice it is necessary to use other version of an option – the real options, one of important which factors of application is безрисковая the rate. Use as the rate of discounting of the interest rate under bank loans is possible only under condition of efficiency of the loan market. At the effective market there is a possibility to approximate the interest rate and to apply it at definition of cost of the vehicle by a method of real options.
