About transition difficulties of Russian universities to European educational standards
Annotation
The paper is dedicated to the problems in Russian higher educational sphere. As a matter of fact, there are many difficulties, that hinder a process of Russian- European educational integration. The author dwells upon unconformity of educational systems in Western countries and in Russia. Besides, many universities are in crisis because of equipment and scientific personnel.
