The clause shows the relevance of the process of concentration of oxygen production. The measurement of oxygen concentration in the industry is justified by exergy method of determining the power of oxygen manufacturing. Efficiency on the concentration of oxygen manufacturing is analyzing . We present the calculation of the optimum size of production in the conventional oxygen gas manufacturing
