Influence of pyroelectric effect on phase transition in a ferroelectric material
Annotation
In operation the mathematical model for the description of a temperature hysteresis in ferroelectric materials is provided. The model is based on the accounting of pyroelectric effect in Landau's model. The equations describing a temperature hysteresis of a ferroelectric material, dependence of polarization on the speed of change of temperature, and also nature of temperature dependence for electrocaloric effect in a ferroelectric material are received. The accounting of pyroelectric current in Landau's phenomenological model leads not only to smoothing of temperature dependence of spontaneous polarization, but also to second order phase change disappearance in a researched material.
