Variants of refrigeration supply for serial fluidized freezer
Annotation
As of this day, the information proposed by the equipment suppliers doesn’t provide enough data for the selection of the equipment for the certain technological conditions. The results of the study of fluidized unit during the operation with products (strawberry) of various geometric sizes under different technological conditions and the impact of technological conditions on selection of refrigeration supply for the given equipments are shown in this article.
