POLARIZER FOR EFFECTIVE MAGNETIZATION OF FLOWING LIQUID
Annotation
The problem of local reduction of longitudinal relaxation time of pure water in polarizer is considered. Simultaneous effect of stationary electric and magnet fields on longitudinal relaxation time of pure water at various temperatures is studied experimentally.
