Improving quality of personal and business university teaching as an important factor in the effectiveness of educational process: normative - legal and social issues
Annotation
Cardinal updating is standard – the legal base fixing and regulating educational process in higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation demands from participants of educational process, and, first of all, from teachers of higher education institutions, system, full and continuous professional and personal development. The modern teacher of a higher educational institution has to not only correspond to realities of our time, he has to advance them in the development, look at some steps forward. Personal and business qualities of the teacher of a higher educational institution influence not only its professional qualification, but also quality of all educational process at the higher school. Efficiency of this process also depends on abilities of the teacher, and not only business, but also personal. These circumstances, undoubtedly, define special importance of continuous improvement of personnel potential of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
